Dr. Aboul-Fettouh, DO

Amre Aboul-Fettouh, DO, is an anesthesiologist with specialized training in interventional pain management from Yale School of Medicine.


Dr. Aboul-Fettouh completed his undergraduate training at the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. He later earned his medical degree from the Campbell School of Osteopathic Medicine (CUSOM) in North Carolina. After graduating from medical school, he completed his residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Anesthesiology, serving as chief resident his final
year. After residency he then went on to complete a chronic pain fellowship at Yale School of Medicine.

At Nortex, Dr. Aboul-Fettouh is dedicated to reducing pain and improving functional capacity through minimally invasive, fluoroscopic-guided procedures while minimizing reliance on medication. He takes the time to thoroughly understand each patient’s unique needs, performing detailed evaluations to accurately diagnose the source of their pain. Dr. Aboul-Fettouh then creates personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of methods, including physical therapy, injections, and other noninvasive procedures, to ensure comprehensive and tailored care.


In his free time, Dr. Aboul-Fettouh enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, and attending sporting events to cheer on Dallas teams.
